1 . Subject of terms of service
1.1 . Subject of the real Terms of Service ("TS") are the relations between JSC IT technology, further "B2b-fmcg.ru" which is the owner of the Internet portal, located on the Internet at the address https://B2b-fmcg.ru (further "Internet portal", and equally "portal"), and you (the natural person the Internet user or the representative of the legal entity), further "User", concerning use of resources of the Internet portal. Using the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, the User agrees to meet the conditions described in the real Terms of service. Terms of service can be changed by B2b-fmcg.ru without any special notice.
1.2 . Terms of service regulates an order of use of all B2b-fmcg.ru resources. Provision of the real Terms of service are obligatory for all Users registered on the Internet portal, or started to use any of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources
2 . Description of services
2.1 . The purposes and problems of the Portal as a whole is granting a platform for the companies and experts of the FMCG sphere (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) for ensuring their requirements for increase of efficiency of activity.

2.3 . B2b-fmcg.ru provides access to a complex of Internet Services, including various communication Services, Services of goods and services, entertaining Services, information, available by means of the personal computer and various mobile devices, as existing now, and what will be developed in the future.
2.4 . The user realizes and agrees that the B2b-fmcg.ru resources may contain advertizing, and that existence of this advertizing is a necessary condition of use of the B2b-fmcg.ru Resources. The user also understands and agrees that the B2b-fmcg.ru resources may contain messages from B2b-fmcg.ru, such as office messages, automatic notices and B2b-fmcg.ru newsletters.
2.5 . The user realizes and agrees that any materials placed by B2b-fmcg.ru concerning any alcoholic products don't pursue the aim of advertizing of these alcoholic products and aren't directed on advance of this production in the market. The user also understands and agrees that any materials placed by B2b-fmcg.ru concerning any alcoholic products pursue the aims of promotion of harm of the use of alcoholic products.
2.6 . All B2b-fmcg.ru resources, are provided "as is". B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't assume any responsibility for a delay, removal, nondelivery or impossibility to load any data of the User, including control of the User, and also doesn't bear responsibility for compliance of a portal to the purposes of the User. 2.7 . The user agrees that B2b-fmcg.ru can carry out collecting the depersonalized statistical data on Users of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources.
3 . The introduction of terms of service in force
3.1 . The real Terms of service, and also changes and additions to the real Terms of service, come into force from the moment of their publication on B2b-fmcg.ru portal. The consent of the User with conditions of Terms of service is expressed in the form of pressing by the User of the Be registered button, or by the actual use of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources.
3.2 . The user has the right to refuse acceptance of changes and additions of PS made by B2b-fmcg.ru that means refusal of the User of use of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources.
4 . Obligations of the user for registration within the Internet portal

At this B2b-fmcg.ru it isn't obliged, but reserves the right to check information provided by the User, further in the text registration data (if other isn't provided by conditions of granting any separate Resource), doesn't bear responsibility before any third parties for the accuracy and reliability of registration data and doesn't regard the registration data provided by the User as personal information of the User.
4.3 . Placing registration data and joining Terms of service, the User expresses the consent of B2b-fmcg.ru to processing of registration data, to reflection of registration data in a profile of the User, and also that registration data reflected in a profile will be considered available to other registered users of the Portal if other isn't established by the User in privacy settings.
4.4 . The purpose of processing of registration data of the User consists in rendering services to the last and granting possibility of use of resources, carrying out advertizing campaigns, providing targeted advertizing and carrying out statistical researches and the analysis of the obtained statistical data, implementation of other actions described in Terms of service.
4.5 . Processing of registration data of the User is carried out in time from the moment of registration of the User and until removal of its account. The user agrees that B2b-fmcg.ru in processing of registration data has the right to carry out the following actions with registration data: collecting, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, destruction and others necessary for execution User the agreement.
4.6 . After account registration the User has the right to carry out filling of the account of the User by a content, including to add photos, video and to have other rights provided by B2b-fmcg.ru.
4.7 . Thus, the User undertakes not to place on the B2b-fmcg.ru resources of the photo, video, the e-mail address, and other personal information of other Users or any third parties without their personal consent to such actions.
4.8 . The user bears personal responsibility for safety and safety of the Password and details.
4.9 . B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't bear responsibility and doesn't guarantee data security of the user in cases: transfers to the third parties (it is deliberate or on imprudence) Password and details; access of the third parties to data of the User with use of the software, allowing to carry out selection and/or Password decoding; access of the third parties to data of the User by simple selection of the Password and details; not performance by the User of the recommendations specified in the real Terms of service.
4.10 . The user promises:
4.10.1 . Immediately to notify B2b-fmcg.ru on any use of the password not allowed by the User or the account or on any other violation of safety;
4.10.2 . B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't oblige, but recommends strongly to carry out an exit from the account (to finish each session by the Exit button) upon termination of work with the B2b-fmcg.ru resources. B2b-fmcg.ru isn't responsible for possible loss or damage of data which can happen because of non-compliance with the recommendations stated in the section 4 presents of Terms of service.
4.11 . The password on a portal of B2b-fmcg.ru of the User can be restored only in case of the exact, right and full indication of information specified at registration of the account. If the User neglected the exact, right and full indication of registration information the Support service of B2b-fmcg.ru won't be able to restore at the address the password.
4.12 . B2b-fmcg.ru recommends to protect the password and to fill a registration form precisely, truly and fully.
5 . Rules of behavior of the registered user
5.1 . The user bears full responsibility, both for contents of the messages, and for all information, data, the text, programs, music, sounds, photos, graphics, video, messages and other materials (further "Materials"), B2b-fmcg.ru publicly published on a portal. It means that the User, instead of B2b-fmcg.ru, completely is responsible for all materials which the User loads, sends, receives, transfers or otherwise makes available on B2b-fmcg.ru portal. B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't control the materials which have been publicly published on a portal of B2b-fmcg.ru, therefore, doesn't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or quality of these materials. The user understands that using some B2b-fmcg.ru resources, he can see materials which can be regarded by it as offensive, doubtful or disputable and thus the User understands that responsibility for placement of such materials is born by the User who has placed them, instead of B2b-fmcg.ru.
5.2 . The user agrees that, loading on the Portal Materials, the User provides to them access for other registered Users by default. B2b-fmcg.ru is only the means allowing the User to provide access and the message of Materials for general data.
5.3 . The user agrees not to use the B2b-fmcg.ru resources for:
5.3.1 . loadings, sendings, transfer or any other way of publication of materials which are illegal, harmful, menacing, offending moral, slanderous, breaking the author's and other intellectual property rights, propagandizing hatred and/or discrimination of people on racial, ethnic, sexual, social signs, and also breaking the accepted norms and ethics of communication on the Internet, or complicating work of other Users on B2b-fmcg.ru portal;
5.3.2 . violation of the rights of minor persons and/or causing harm by it in any form, including moral;
5.3.3 . infringements of the rights of various minority;
5.3.4 . deliveries of for other person or the representative of the organization and/or community, including for the Support service of B2b-fmcg.ru, workers of B2b-fmcg.ru, for moderators of a portal, and also deception;
5.3.5 . loadings, sendings, transfer or any other way of publication of materials which the User has no right to make available under the law or according to any agreements with the third parties;
5.3.6 . loadings, sendings, transfer or any other way of publication of materials which break any, the rights of the third parties, including, the right for trademarks (service marks), a trade secret, and/or for violation of any other intellectual property rights of the third parties;
5.3.7 . loadings, sendings, transfer or any other way of publication of advertizing information not allowed in a special way, including mass, unauthorized and/or not expected by the recipients, not requested mailings of advertizing character, including departures, with a large number of repetitions the message ("Spam"), and also a numerous parcel of letters to one addressee, not coordinated with it;
5.3.8 . loadings, sendings, transfer or any other way of publication of any materials containing viruses or other computer codes, files or the programs intended for violation, destruction or restriction of functionality of any computer or telecommunication equipment or programs, for implementation of unauthorized access to computer systems, the equipment or data of the third parties, and also serial numbers to commercial software products and programs for their generation, logins, passwords and other means for receiving unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, and also placements of links to the above information;
5.3.9 . violations of any standards of the existing Russian and/or international legislation, and also the legislation of the foreign states;
5.3.10 . collecting and storage of personal information of the third parties;
5.3.11 . sendings to someone's address of messages, and also placements on a portal of B2b-fmcg.ru of the text, a photo and the video records containing rough, obscene or offensive expressions and offers;
5.3.12 . sendings the messages containing text, a photo and video content of pornographic character, and also placement of the specified materials on B2b-fmcg.ru portal;
5.3.13 . violations of normal work of the Internet portal by use of pop-up of windows ("emerging" windows);
5.3.14 . placements of links to the Internet resources which contents contradicts the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3.15 . Concerning any alcoholic products:
5.3.15.1 . to place a content which contains the statement that the use of alcoholic products is important for achievement of public recognition, professional, sports or personal success or promotes improvement of a physical or emotional state;
5.3.15.2 . to condemn abstention from the use of alcoholic products;
5.3.15.3 . to place a content which contains the statement that alcoholic products are harmless or useful to health of the person, including information on existence in alcoholic products of biologically active supplements, vitamins;
5.3.15.4 . to place a content which contains a mention that the use of alcoholic products is one of ways of a satisfying of thirst;
5.3.15.5 . to propagandize the uses of alcoholic products, including with participation of minors;
5.3.15.6 . to propagandize the uses of alcoholic products by means of images of people and animals.
5.3.15.7 . to propagandize the uses of alcoholic products or to place any materials advertizing any alcoholic products and directed on advance of this production in the market.
5.4 . The user undertakes not to use the automated scripts, bots (programs) for collection of information and (or) interaction with the Internet portal.
5.5 . Except the cases established by the real Terms of service, and also the current legislation of the Russian Federation, no materials can be copied (are reproduced), processed, widespread, displayed, published, downloaded, transferred, sold or by a different way are used entirely or in parts, without preliminary permission to that B2b-fmcg.ru, or the corresponding owner, except for cases when the owner explicitly expressed the consent to free use of a material.
5.6 . The user has the right to place objects of intellectual property, a right to use which belong to the User on B2b-fmcg.ru portal.
5.7 . Any use of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, except resolved by the real Terms of service or in case of obviously expressed consent of the author (Owner) to such use, without preliminary written permission of the Owner, is strictly forbidden.
5.8 . In case of receipt from the corresponding owner of the motivated complaint to violation of its rights protected by the law, B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to remove the content placed by the User or to block access of Users to it without notice the User and without explanation.
5.9 . The user agrees that he bears a personal responsibility for any materials or other information which it loads or otherwise brings to the general attention (publishes) within the B2b-fmcg.ru resources or with their help. The user can't load, transfer or publish materials on B2b-fmcg.ru portal if they weren't created personally by the User or on which placement the User has no permission of the corresponding owner.
5.10 . In case of receipt of claims from the third parties connected with placement by the User of materials, the User independently and at own expense will settle the specified claims.
5.11 . B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to do copies of materials for the purpose of streamlining and simplification of the publication and storage of the User content on the Portal.
5.12 . The user agrees that he bears a personal responsibility for any information and for any materials which it places on B2b-fmcg.ru portal, and for his (User) of interaction with other Users.
5.13 . In view of the fact that the Internet portal is open for general access and the portal isn't obliged, but reserves the right to carry out a moderation information resource, B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't bear any responsibility for any materials placed by Users.
5.14 . B2b-fmcg.ru isn't responsible for any behavior of the Users using the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, both in the online mode, and out of the Internet (in "offline").
5.15 . B2b-fmcg.ru has the right, according to the first requirement of the relevant authorized law enforcement and other authorized government body, but according to the current legislation, to transfer to such government body available information on the User.
6 . Noncommercial use
6.1 . The user agrees not to reproduce, not to repeat and not to copy, not to sell and not to resell, and also not to use for any commercial purposes any objects of the intellectual property placed on portaleb2b-fmcg.ru, except those cases when such permission is given to the User from B2b-fmcg.ru.
7 . General provisions on use and storage of information and materials
7.1 . The user recognizes that B2b-fmcg.ru can set restrictions in use of the B2b-fmcg.rui resources of any other materials placed by the User, the maximum quantity of messages which can be sent or received by one User, the maximum size of the message, the maximum quantity of appeals to resources for a certain period of time, etc.
7.2 . The user provides to B2b-fmcg.ru the non-exclusive license for use, including reproduction, distribution, processing, public display and finishing to general data of the materials placed by the User within the Internet portal for public viewing, as a content of B2b-fmcg.ru available in the B2b-fmcg.ru Internet portal, for advance of the Internet portal and its advertizing. The author of the materials specified in the present point reserves all property and personal non-property copyright, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and the international agreements.
7.3 . In case of removal by the User of materials, the rights mentioned in item 7.2. the real Terms of service, will be automatically withdrawn, however B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to keep archival copies of a content placed by Users.
7.4 . B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to forbid the automatic appeal to the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, and also to stop reception of any information generated automatically (for example, "Spam"). B2b-fmcg.ru at discretion can stop keeping in contact with the networks breaking standards of the existing Russian and international legislation, a condition of the real Terms of service, and also the standard principles of the interaction which have developed on the Internet.
8 . Cancellation of the account of the user, and also removal of materials placed by the user
8.1 . The user agrees that B2b-fmcg.ru reserves the right to terminate the account of the User at any time without prior notice of the User.
8.2 . Cancellation of the account can be made, in connection with the following reasons:
8.2.1 . violation of provisions of the real Terms of service and/or Terms of service of B2b-fmcg.ru, its parts, and also additions to it, being their integral part;
8.2.2 . by the corresponding inquiry of authorities, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation;
8.2.3 . the long period not account uses for access to B2b-fmcg.ru (as it is determined by the real Terms of service);
8.2.4 . in connection with unforeseen problems of technical character or the circumstances connected with safety;
8.2.5 . because of creation of hindrances and any violations, concerning the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, including use of any devices, the software, etc.;
8.2.6 . granting obviously false information and/or unauthorized use of separate Resources of the Portal:
8.2.6.1 . Section "Online Exhibition"
8.2.6.1.1 . Placement at an exhibition of the company which completely doesn't correspond to a placement profile (pavilion, a hall)
8.2.6.1.2 . The appeal to the company at the stand, contradicting the purposes and problems of functioning of the section if such address is transferred by the company of administration of an exhibition and is regarded as inappropriate to the purposes and section tasks
8.2.6.2 . The section "Catalogue", including subsections
8.2.6.2.1 . Intended classification of the company placed in catalogs, not corresponding to a real profile of the company
8.2.6.3 . The purposes and tasks of sections of a portal are defined by portal administration.
8.2.6.4 . Section "News"
8.2.6.4.1 . Commenting of the placed news with use of an offensive language
8.2.6.4.2 . Leaving of comments to the news, not corresponding to a news subject
8.2.6.4.3 . Placement in the form of comments of materials of advertizing character and/or the comments offending honor and dignity of Users or visitors of the Portal
8.2.6.5 . At violation of the conditions listed in items 8.2.6.1 – 8.2.6.5 B2b-fmcg.ru are reserved by the right to undertake the following actions:
8.2.6.5.1 . After the first violation to take out the prevention to the User about inadmissibility of violation of the real PS
8.2.6.5.2 . After the second violation it is temporary, for a period of up to 10 days, to block an account of the User on the Portal
8.2.6.5.3 . After the third violation to cancel the account of the user on the Portal and to undertake all necessary actions for the subsequent prevention of repeated registration of the User on the Portal
8.3 . B2b-fmcg.ru reserves the right at sole discretion to change (to moderate) or delete any information published by the User, including information (materials) which is breaking a ban, established by the section 5 of the real Terms of service (and also any other ban and the requirements containing in the current legislation of the Russian Federation), including personal messages and comments, to stop, limit or stop access to any B2b-fmcg.ru resources at any time for any reason or without explanation, with the prior notice or without that, without being responsible for any harm which can be caused to the User by such action.
8.4 . B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to remove an account (account) of the User and (or) to suspend, limit or stop access to any resource of the Portal if B2b-fmcg.ru finds in actions of the User signs of violation of conditions of the real Terms of service, without explanation of such actions. B2b-fmcg.ru reserves the right to remove any materials placed by the User within the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, without explanation of and without prior notice of the User, however B2b-fmcg.ru will make all possible efforts for avoidance of similar situations.
8.5 . The user agrees that B2b-fmcg.ru reserves the right to stop service of the account of the User, B2b-fmcg.ru which wasn't used by the User during the period making more than 3 (three) months.
8.6 . Cancellation of the account of the User assumes:
8.6.1 . removal of access of the User to personal part of all B2b-fmcg.ru resources;
8.6.2 . removal of the password and removal of personal settings.
9 . The user has the right to refuse use of the account of B2b-fmcg.ru, having addressed for this purpose to Portal administration.
10 . Right of B2b-fmcg.ru for objects of intellectual property
10.1 . The user recognizes and agrees that the B2b-fmcg.ru resources comprise audiovisual works, the computer programs, trademarks and other objects of intellectual property the rights on which belong to B2b-fmcg.rui can't, to be used without receiving a prior consent from B2b-fmcg.ru.
10.2 . The user undertakes not to reproduce, not to copy, not to modify, not to sell, not to bring to the general attention, not to extend a content and Internet portal programs, entirely or in parts, except for cases when Terms of service, or by conditions of using any B2b-fmcg.ru resource, provided other.
11 . Responsibility of B2b-fmcg.ru
11.1 . The user understands and agrees that:
11.2 . The user uses the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, "as is". B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't assume any responsibility, including for compliance of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources to the purposes of the User;
11.3 . B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't guarantee that:

11.3.2 . will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without mistakes;
11.3.3 . results which can be received by the User, will be exact and reliable;
11.3.4 . quality of any product, service, information and the other B2b-fmcg.ru resources received with use, will meet expectations of the User and that all errors in programs will be corrected.
11.4 . Any materials (objects of intellectual property), received by the User with use resursovb2b-fmcg.ru, the User can use on own fear and risk, thus responsibility for any damage which can be put to the computer of the User and data of the User as a result of loading of these materials is conferred on the User;
11.5 . B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't bear responsibility for:
11.5.1 . any straight or indirect losses which have occurred because of use or impossibility of use of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources;
11.5.2 . because of unauthorized access to communications of the User;
11.5.3 . because of roguish activity of the third parties, including use of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources in the mercenary purposes.
12 . Confidentiality of B2b-fmcg.ru
12.1 . B2b-fmcg.ru can use technologies of identification of Users, including with use of the cookies files, and also use the specified technologies in the marketing purposes for studying of preferences of Users. 12.3 . In the B2b-fmcg.ru resources there is no censorship, except for cases of the preliminary moderation provided by the real PS. The user agrees that his proceeding and entering messages have to correspond to PS.
12.4 . The user agrees to use of registration data from B2b-fmcg.ru in a generalized view, for "targeting" on the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, besides, that addresses personal information won't be transferred to the third parties.
13 . Principle of respect of the rights of Internet users
13.1 . Users of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources undertake to respect the rights of each other and the third parties, observe the settled traditions and ethics on the Internet, not to abuse opportunities of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources for contradicting standards of the current legislation, and also morals and moral.
14 . Information security
14.1 . The user has no right to provide access to any other information of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, besides own information of the User, and also to information which is public B2b-fmcg.ru on a portal.
14.2 . At detection of the person which is carrying out actions, being qualified as spam of B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to block obtaining messages from the specified person (including Users) on B2b-fmcg.ru portal.
14.3 . B2b-fmcg.ru doesn't bear responsibility for safety of a name of the account of B2b-fmcg.ru and the password of the User if such User uses the forms located on the external Internet portals for access to resources of a portal.
15 . Breaks in rendering the services B2b-fmcg.ru
15.1 . B2b-fmcg.ru has the right to perform scheduled works on B2b-fmcg.ru portal with temporary stay of work of a portal of B2b-fmcg.ru.
15.2 . In case of occurrence of force majeur circumstances, and also accidents or failures in hardware-software complexes of the third parties cooperating with B2b-fmcg.ru, or actions of the third parties directed on a suspension or the termination of functioning of all or part of the B2b-fmcg.ru resources, the suspension of work of a portal of B2b-fmcg.ru without prior notice of Users is possible.
16 . Feedback and order of consideration of claims
16.1 . The user who is considering that his rights and interests are broken because of B2b-fmcg.ru actions, can direct a claim. B2b-fmcg.ru Customer support department according to the general order of consideration of arriving inquiries is engaged in consideration of claims. E-mail address of the Customer support department of info@B2b-fmcg .ru.
16.2 . The user and B2b-fmcg.ru agree that all possible disputes concerning Terms of service will be resolved according to standards of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
17 . General information
17.1 . Anything in Terms of service can't be understood as establishment between the User and B2b-fmcg.ru of the agency relations, the relations of association, the relations on joint activity, the relations of personal hiring, or any other relations which directly haven't been provided by PS.
17.2 . Recognition by court of any situation PS invalid, or not subject to compulsory execution, doesn't attract invalidity or impracticability of other provisions PS.
17.3 . Inaction from B2b-fmcg.ru, in case of violation by the User, or other third parties, provisions PS doesn't deprive of B2b-fmcg.ru of the right to undertake the corresponding actions in protection of the interests later.
18 . Changes and additions to PS
18.1 . The user has the right to refuse acceptance of changes and additions of PS made by B2b-fmcg.ru that means refusal by the User of the services B2b-fmcg.ru.
18.2 . In case of adoption of normative legal acts by authorities of the Russian Federation, mentioning entirely or in part B2b-fmcg.ru Internet portal functioning, B2b-fmcg.ru reserves the right of introduction of any changes in functioning of the portal, directed on reduction of activity of B2b-fmcg.ru in compliance with new norms. Use of any B2b-fmcg.ru resource means an unconditional consent of the User with provisions of the real Terms of service.
